Furia Líquida is my latest work, which I started in June. I began with a bold sense of surface tension and allowed visible imperfections to remain, making them part of my authentic process. I wanted to create a dialogue between spontaneity and bravery, with the dense, vertical forms at the bottom creating a grounded contrast to the sweeping red movement above, which developed almost like a physical eruption across the surface. My main influence was the intensity of Spain — my trip there in June, its heat, bold red colours, sensuality and flamenco-like movement. Rather than representing these elements literally, I translated them into an abstract language of fluidity, tension, freedom and unapologetic emotional expression.
